Harry F. Moosmann, PMP currently Director, IS Project Planning at ALSTOM (Schweiz) AG in Baden.

Harry F. Moosmann influenced with his work performed in various Management positions reproducible results in alignment towards best practices and common way of working.

He has made considerable experiences in the fields of Site Management, Project Engineering and Project Order Execution, in the Tendering for Construction Sites and further in the development of software solution in the area of Project Management Systems.

In particular he is searching and promoting to implement standard 'out-of-the-box' solutions and is fostering a level conform interfacing/integrating of such PMS solutions.

Harry F. Moosmann speaks about such integration lessons learned on events. Harry is Board Member of the Euro Engineer community in Switzerland, which is a country organisation of FEANI (Fédération Européenne des Associations Nationales d'Ingenieurs) in Brüssels.

Within his carrier Harry F Moosmann was engaged with several global operating companies, he learned and is grown with several developments in the PMS arena, embracing simple punch card driven programs up to todays mobile technologies and appropriate software solutions.

In all the jobs and function Harry F. Moosmann performed, he had was attached really quick to the subjects to rationalise execution processes, streamline repetitive works and install solid and robust solutions for future use and companies benefits.

Harry F. Moosmann has spent good time in continues education next to his daily works over many years. With this -not always easy way- he could cope with the fast technical development best and earned in 2006 his EMBA in Leadership and Strategic Management.

Prior to this, Harry has carefully been taken care to gain a broad, solid and sustainable experiences to bridge theory and practical expertise. His carrier path developed him form an Electrician (1978), to a Master in Electrical Engineering (1991) and further into a Business Engineer (2000).

Born and raised in Switzerland, then he has been pulled out of the sweet home to see the world. Several years working in different countries did form this rough diamond, made him to valuable person with broad experience. Achieving something great in good time with people out of various countries and share lessons learned is only one of his passions.
