No place for chaos, even if many people are working together: how to send theme-specific comments, e-mails and messages or hold theme-specific discussions? How can you know exactly which team member or company employee has created particular documents, who has specific versions of a conceptual design document that needs to be worked on, who has sent particular documents: with Adarvo you have an overview and can acquire specific secure information quickly. At a glance Adarvo also tells you the document type, the time it was created, and the author, and regulates the documents rights (original, write, delete and read).

2 Data Communication: networked communication.
How can you send an SMS text message directly to your PC/Mac? Do you want to get a text message automatically to tell you when a new document or an important email comes? Adarvo networks all modern communications tools such as email, the Internet or mobile telephony with each other for you. If you want, Adarvo also automatically synchronizes your Events and Tasks with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes and then updates your handheld PC/PDA with that information. That means you are always up to date and avoid redundant info!
3 Data Mobility: world-wide access to data.
In the office, at home, in New York, Berlin or Sydney? Forgotten the documents for a meeting? No problem with Adarvo you can access your data from anywhere in the world. Adarvo gives you access to all the information you want documents, mails, links, events etc. either via a web browser or via the Adarvo software that is installed on your PC/laptop or Mac.

4 Document Management: fast, targeted and secure.
In Adarvo you manage and organize all data and documents, be they theme-specific, relevant to multiple programs, or general, including their defined access rights, without having to look in different electronic storage locations (Explorer, URL Favorites or Mail folders). Adarvo does not just handle Word or Excel documents, but also e-mails, events, links, comments, discussions, attachments, addresses, contacts etc. It also automatically manages different versions of your documents different document names for different versions of the same file are a thing of the past!
5 Project Management: a “turntable“ function.
Every project that is managed with Adarvo does not only produce a theme, but also provides a structured framework for organizing your project data. This is a source for all information and reporting needs and acts as a central point for all project communication and for everyone involved in the project: internal and external staff, working online or offline, whether on a PC, Mac or Linux system. 7 Web Content Management: quickly updating contents.
Being able to access existing content quickly so that you can publish it online is also important for Intranets and the Internet: do you want to upload particular information to the Internet for public access or via a closed user group with password? In just a few steps you can prepare all required data for your website directly from the Adarvo themes. Adarvo is the ideal tool for on-going content maintenance, for the Internet or an Intranet, or for efficient reporting, for example to management. There is no need for redundant multiple provision of the content.
8 Archiving: secure and structured.
Data on the network, the PC, laptop or handheld PC? Adarvo performs permanent, structured and reproducible archiving on the entire content of your theme or project, and, if you wish, it can interoperate seamlessly on the server side with your current archiving systems. Do you want to perform a back-up all data and information in a project or in the department on a particular date? With Adarvo this is now no problem!
9 Do documents need checking by several people? Who is currently working on the customer offer? One click in Adarvo and you trigger an individually-configurable workflow for selected staff including messaging, task allocation, reminder functions and scheduling. In Adarvo you can represent your business and team processes easily and quickly, speed up processing times and check the status of a document or process at any time.
10 Security: top priority.
Adarvo gives top priority to the security and consistency of your data. It uses modern security technology, up-to-date virus scanners and thorough 128-bit SSL encryption to encrypt not only all data, but also communications paths. When you use Adarvo in your company, you can also apply your internal security guidelines directly to Adarvo. Another security bonus: Adarvo provides its own communications options such as Adarvo messages, comments and others, which reduces the number of emails you receive, and therefore the danger of spam and viruses.
