Thematic.
As the name ThemeWare already hints, themes are the core of Adarvo. By nature we are used to working on the basis of themes, – as is Adarvo. As you would expect, one ”Adarvo Theme“ connects all relevant people with the theme’s own data and information (documents, e-mails, events, links/URLs, comments, discussions, attachments, contacts and so on), while simultaneously representing the theme-specific processes.

An Adarvo theme can basically be almost anything: a management topic, project or group work, a platform for directors, corporate management, departments, teams or your customers, partners or suppliers, a strategy development process, a personal collection of data, a theme-specific document library and much, much more.


Working just like you used to.
Just because Adarvo takes on a central role in your daily work on the PC/Mac does not means that you need to work harder or completely change the way you work. Just the opposite: Adarvo bases itself on the standard operating procedures, and you continue to use the existing programs, in the usual way. For Adarvo fits itself seamlessly into your IT and software architecture, both on your client, when used for example with Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes, and on the server, when it comes to the existing ERP and archiving systems.

Easy, easy, easy.
Since we first started developing Adarvo, „maximum simplicity“ has been one of our main overriding principles. The result: you can perform all processes in just a few steps. One, two, three and you open a new, empty theme. Two more steps and you invite the required people to collaborate with you, and at the same time assign them suitable rights.

Customizable.
Every person, team and company has its preferences and requirements. IT must adapt itself to them, and not the other way round. It is exactly these requirements that Adarvo fulfills: the user or the user groups can set up each theme‘s individual properties (its functionality, the provision and displaying of information, or required messaging and communications tools) to meet the current needs.


Adarvo integrates itself seamlessly in your world of IT and software, whether this involves direct cooperation with your existing IT and server systems (ERP, archiving) or unrestricted data mobility as found in a modern, efficient “mobile office“ that is looking to the future.

In the Adarvo theme you can control your entire data store, handle your electronic communication and find all the information for one theme at a glance: As an organization and communications platform Adarvo ThemeWare stands ”in the center of your software and IT world” – whether you now want to email, manage contacts or attachments, agree events, exchange specific documents or create a project structure.














Whether external staff, management, world-wide subsidiaries, individual departments or teams are involved, with Adarvo you coordinate all information and the people who are collaborating, and at the same time representing the processes in your company or organization.
